I Self-Published my First Book

Where there’s a will, there’s a way

It has taken four years, but my first book is now available on Amazon. Agents repeatedly rejected me because the draft I sent out was pre-professionally edited, and I’m not surprised that it wasn’t picked up.

Along the way, I have made huge mistakes, faced huge disappointments and failures and handled delays. Although incredibly frustrating at the time, I have learned that things happen for a reason, and you have to adapt.

I have always done things my way, and self-publishing seemed an excellent fit to take things at my own pace. I am excited about the next step on my journey, and I’m enjoying writing book 2!

Never give up on your dreams — you need to have faith in yourself, and if you do, you can achieve incredible things!
